This was all the more distressing as her husband John was away at the time. Anyone who sees or hears of harness or vehicle/trailer being offerred for sale please contact their local police or phone Gill on 07989 321618
TO ALL PLEASE BE VIGILANT as we believe that the carriage was stolen to order, and the thieves could have followed Gill back from an event.

17th May. The International driving event took place within Windsor International horse show again last weekend. Boys Excel won the horse team class, leading from start to finish from Tucker Johnson of the USA. The best placed British competitor was Wilf Bowman Ripley who finished a very creditable 5th in such strong class. Jan De Boer of the Netherlands won the pony team class with Sara Howe being the highest placed brit, In 6th place. Barry Capstick (our very own yorkshireman now driving for Ireland) was 2nd in the horse pairs class which was won by Francios Dutilloy of France. David Matthews Jnr was 3rd, having won the dressage phase with a score of 45.31
It is obvious when looking at the results , that if you don't do a good dressage and get a score within 2 or 3 points of the leader, that at this level of competition, you really don't stand a chance of being in the rosettes. Dressage is key. This should be remembered by all competitive drivers who are striving to improve.
